Recording Your Volunteer Hours

PLEASE make sure you finish recording your volunteer hours in the Volunteer Log located in the office no later than Friday, May 31st!  If you are volunteering during the last week please record the estimated time early.

Yearbook Distribution 

Yearbooks will be distributed towards the end of the day on June 3rd.

A limited number of extra yearbooks are available on a first come, first served basis on June 3rd at 8:15 am.  $35 cash only.  

We are looking for a few volunteers to start working with the yearbook committee next year and beyond!  We have two veteran members who will be passing the torch after next year..  Please contact the yearbook committee at mmcayb@mmcharter.org if you are interested!  

Student Medication Pick-up

Unless your child will be attending summer camp, please pick up their medications on the last day of school, June 6th.  We do not store them over the summer.  Also, please plan to have a new medical form filled out and signed by you and the doctor for the next school year by the first day of school.  

Lost and Found

PLEASE check out the lost and found on the rack in front of the Admin Building.  There are jackets, water bottles, lunch bags, etc.  Smaller items such as jewelry, keys, hair clips, etc. are in the office.

Not Returning to MMCA in the Fall?

Reminder - please contact the office if your child(ren) will no longer be attending MMCA in the Fall.  We will be checking voicemail and email messages (mmca@mmcharter.org) over the Summer as well should your family’s circumstances change.

Who can attend: MMCA Preschool - 4th grade students 

Camp Hours:

9:00a - 1:00p Monday through Friday

* Before Care available 7:30a-9:00a and After care available 1:00p - 5:30p

* Before/Aftercare $80/week if paid up front (otherwise billed $6 per hour)

Pricing:

$160/week if registered by May 31st

$190/week if registered after May 31st
