The state has given us our next allocation of free COVID tests for our students. If you would like a free COVID test, please stop by the office to pick one up. For COVID testing locations within Placer County, click HERE. Additionally, the federal government announced a +/- ‘free tests for all’ program, and the link to this program is HERE.
MMCA PTA Spring Festival!
The Spring Festival is NEXT WEEK!!! Parents: Please see the flyer below for more information about our Spring Festival. Additionally, we are looking for parent volunteers to help make the event a success. Please sign up to volunteer at the event HERE.
Outdoor Classroom Update
The garden needs your help!! With spring upon us, the weeds are out of control. We are looking for a few families who would be willing to tackle some of those weeds (in the common areas). Anyone interested/willing to help should contact Kristin Thomas at kthomas@mmcharter.org for information and gate code. Thank you in advance for your help!!
MMCA Expansion Plan and Capital Campaign!!??
Before Spring Break, we sent a letter out to all of our families regarding a capital campaign for MMCA connected to a site and program expansion plan. This letter is available HERE, and the MMCA Capital Campaign Expansion website is available HERE. As new information about the project becomes available, we’ll be sharing it here. Additionally, going into Summer, we’ll be assertively promoting our campaign, as the sooner we meet our goals on this campaign, the quicker we can make the project happen.
WatchDOGS - Starting Next Week!
Thank you to all of the dads who came out to Donuts with Dads yesterday! WatchDOGS is starting up again next week. Please don’t park in the Watch DOGS spot in our parking lot, as it’s reserved for our Watch DOG dads for the rest of the school year!

MMCA Children’s House Enrollment Open for the 2022-2023 School Year
To enroll in the preschool, children must be potty-trained and 3.5-5 years old in mid-August. Preschool spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
